Unicorn Scarbat

The Scarbat is a very efficient multipurpose beach cleaner, which due to its special design allows working on all types of beaches. The cleaning of the sand is done with the screening system with vibrating mesh and conveyor that allows the separation of the waste from the sand and transporting it to the rear hopper. This rear hopper can discharge at different heights depending on the model. Lifting and picking up sargassum or algae is done very easily by means of the mobile front pick-up that has a set of tines that rotate at variable speed. Both the height at which the pick-up works and its turning speed is very easily adjustable. On the other hand, the rotation of the pick-up can be reversed to adapt to each type of work to be performed.

The screening and vibrating mesh is at the same time the conveyor of the waste to the hopper, and after several options of sieve passage and allows a perfect separation of the sand that is immediately returned to the beach surface. For this reason, the Scarbat beach cleaners prevent beach erosion, as when the sand is screened, it is returned to the beach in perfect condition and only waste, algae and sargassum are loaded in the rear hopper.

The chassis is very robust and both this and different parts of the Scarbat beach cleaner can be requested to be delivered hot dip galvanized.

The Scarbat have their own hydraulic system to drive the engines, consisting of a large oil tank and a radiator cooler to keep the temperature of the circuit’s hydraulic oil low. The rear hopper is of great capacity and its unloading is done from the tractor’s own handling position, activating the lifting and turning system. The unloading height is sufficient for this unloading to take place in the hopper of a truck or a cargo trailer. It is a perfect beach cleaner for large beaches exposed to all kinds of waste working efficiently.
